Selection by Design

Selection by Design is a Dublin-based company that provides training in occupational testing and consults with clients in developing and using tests for employment decisions.

Conor is the co-Director and Founding Partner of Selection by Design psychometric consultancy and training organization along with Barbara Caska, PhD.

Barbara and Conor have both completed their own competencies for BPS Level A and B in Occupational Testing and wanted to apply those skills in a practical way. Thus, Selection by Design was developed as a fresh, Irish-based alternative for those interested in psychometric testing services.

Recently, there’s been a growing interest in occupational testing among both students and those within or returning to the workforce. Selection by Design was developed to meet this need, and to allow individuals and organizations to make the most of what occupational testing has to offer.
